Job Summary
Engage with consumers at local retailers, kiosks, and events to promote NRG electricity and gas services. Welcome customers, assess their needs, and suggest products to help lower energy costs while documenting and reporting all sales accurately. Collaborate with the team to meet monthly sales quotas and maintain a clean, organized work environment. This role requires high school diploma, six months of prior retail or telecom experience, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Base pay ranges from $800 to $1,000 weekly with a first sale bonus, uncapped commission, and daily pay options.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
