Job Summary
Welcome customers, offer assistance, and escort them to displays to assess needs and suggest products that fit. Engage with consumers about NRG electricity and gas services to help lower their energy costs while overcoming objections. Collaborate with your team to meet personal sales goals on a monthly basis and accurately document and report all sales activity. Maintain a clean, organized, and functional work station while submitting paperwork completely and accurately. Ensure regular attendance and uphold customer confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
