Job Summary
Welcome customers and offer assistance while engaging them about NRG electricity and gas services. Direct shoppers by escorting them to displays, assessing needs, and suggesting products that fit those needs. Advise customers on product information and help them make selections by building confidence. Collaborate with your team to accomplish goals, celebrate success, and maintain a clean, organized workstation. Accurately document and report all sales activity and submit paperwork completely. Meet monthly sales quotas and maintain customer satisfaction based on rejection percentages.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
