Job Summary
Welcome customers, offer assistance, and escort them to displays to assess needs and suggest products. Engage consumers about NRG electricity and gas, helping them lower energy costs while overcoming objections. Collaborate with your team to meet monthly sales quotas and document all activity accurately. Maintain a clean, organized workstation and submit paperwork completely. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
