Job Summary
Direct a team to sell print solutions and achieve key metrics by consulting customers, asking open-ended questions, and delivering total print solutions to drive sales. Coach associates in consultative selling and operational excellence while leveraging Salesforce.com for proactive customer engagement. Manage priorities in a high-paced environment, resolve conflicts cooperatively, and ensure quality by identifying issues in electronic files. Work a flexible schedule based on store needs, lifting materials up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store's needs
- Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities
- Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs)
- Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues
- Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customers to understand their needs
- Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
- Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
