Job Summary
Conduct daily retail sales and customer service to help clients find their perfect fit while driving in-store revenue. Manage merchandise displays to maintain an immaculate workplace and execute daily sales priorities. Support the team with leadership skills, effective delegation, and creative problem-solving in a fast-paced specialty retail environment. Work flexible schedules including evenings, holidays, and weekends to meet business needs. Earn competitive hourly pay plus bonus potential for hitting sales goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Reliability and flexible schedule availability (Will include a combination of days, evenings, holidays, and must be available on weekends)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of related experience
- Minimum of 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture
- Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp)
- Ability to make your customers feel valued
- Ability to lead by example while inspiring those around you to be their BEST
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends depending upon the needs of the business
- Ability to perform the basic functions of the job
- Effective interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written format
- Demonstrate an openness to feedback and ability to be open minded and adaptable to changing priorities
