Job Summary
Conduct daily retail sales and customer service while helping clients find their perfect fit and drive in-store revenue. Manage merchandise displays to maintain an immaculate workplace and execute daily sales goals through personalized assistance. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members by delegating priorities, solving problems creatively, and fostering a positive, energetic atmosphere. Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
