Job Summary
Conduct daily sales and customer service to help clients find their perfect fit and drive in-store revenue. Manage merchandise displays, maintain an immaculate workplace, and execute daily priorities with strong attention to detail. Lead by example through excellent customer experience behaviors, creative problem solving, and effective delegation while consistently hitting sales goals. Maintain a positive attitude in a lively, energetic atmosphere and demonstrate adaptability to changing business needs. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales
