Job Summary
Conduct daily sales and customer service to help clients achieve healthier lifestyles, while maintaining an immaculate store environment and merchandising inventory. Drive in-store sales by consistently hitting goals and utilizing provided training tools, supported by a generous bonus program for performance. Manage flexible schedules including evenings, holidays, and weekends, adapting to business needs with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal communication. Lead by example to inspire team members, demonstrating agility and openness to feedback in a fast-paced specialty retail culture.
Required Qualifications
- Reliability and flexible schedule availability (Will include a combination of days, evenings, holidays, and must be available on weekends)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to make your customers feel valued
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends depending upon the needs of the business
- Ability to perform the basic functions of the job
- Effective interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written format
- Must demonstrate an openness to feedback and ability to be open minded and adaptable to changing priorities
- After acceptance of a potential offer, the successful completion of a background check will be required prior to start date
Desired Qualifications
- Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of related experience preferred, or equivalent combination of the education and experience
- Minimum of 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture is preferred
- Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred
- Leadership skills including: Excellent customer experience behaviors, a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, creative problem solving and sound decision making skills, effective delegation and validation and the ability to efficiently execute daily priorities
