Job Summary
Conduct daily retail sales and customer service to help shoppers achieve their fitness goals, while managing store merchandising and maintaining an immaculate workplace. Hit consistent sales targets through a generous bonus program and lead by example to inspire teammates in a lively, energetic atmosphere. Perform basic job functions with excellent interpersonal communication skills, demonstrating openness to feedback and adaptability to changing priorities. Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. Earn competitive hourly pay ranging from $22.00 to $28.00 plus bonus potential. Required Qualifications
- Reliability and flexible schedule availability (Will include a combination of days, evenings, holidays, and must be available on weekends)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to make your customers feel valued
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends depending upon the needs of the business
- Ability to perform the basic functions of the job
- Effective interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written format
- Must demonstrate an openness to feedback and ability to be open minded and adaptable to changing priorities

Desired Qualifications
- Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of related experience preferred, or equivalent combination of the education and experience
- Minimum of 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture is preferred

- Leadership skills including: Excellent customer experience behaviors, a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, creative problem solving and sound decision making skills, effective delegation and validation and the ability to efficiently execute daily priorities
