Job Summary
Conduct retail sales and customer service while maintaining an immaculate store environment and merchandising inventory. Assist customers in finding their Perfect Fit, lead by example to inspire others, and execute daily priorities with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Manage flexible schedules including evenings, holidays, and weekends, while demonstrating agility to adapt to changing business needs. Apply effective interpersonal communication and delegation techniques to drive in-store sales and foster a positive, energetic atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- Reliability and flexible schedule availability (Will include a combination of days, evenings, holidays, and must be available on weekends)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to make your customers feel valued
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends depending upon the needs of the business
- Ability to perform the basic functions of the job
- Effective interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written format
- Must demonstrate an openness to feedback and ability to be open minded and adaptable to changing priorities

Desired Qualifications
- Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of related experience preferred, or equivalent combination of the education and experience
- Minimum of 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture is preferred
- Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred
- Leadership skills including: Excellent customer experience behaviors, a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, creative problem solving and sound decision making skills, effective delegation and validation and the ability to efficiently execute daily priorities
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fun, lively, and energetic atmosphere every single day
- Desire to lead by example while inspiring those around you to be their BEST
