Job Summary
Conduct daily sales and customer service in a specialty footwear retail environment, helping clients achieve healthier lifestyles while maintaining an immaculate store. Hit consistent sales goals to earn bonuses and utilize training tools provided for success. Manage flexible schedules including evenings, holidays, and weekends, and demonstrate agility to meet changing business needs. Contribute to in-store sales growth through merchandising and teamwork within a fast-paced, energetic atmosphere.
