Job Summary
Conduct daily retail sales and customer service at Road Runner Sports stores, helping clients achieve healthier lifestyles while driving in-store revenue. Manage merchandise displays to maintain an immaculate workplace and utilize provided tools to consistently hit sales goals through a generous bonus program. Join a team of Fit Experts or Sales Leads, adhering to a flexible schedule that includes evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed. Perform basic job functions with strong interpersonal communication skills, demonstrating adaptability to changing business priorities and openness to feedback.
Required Qualifications
