Job Summary
Manage in-store sales and customer service at Road Runner Sports locations, helping clients find the perfect fit for their fitness journey. Drive daily sales goals while maintaining an immaculate merchandising standard and delivering excellent customer experiences. Support team members through training, delegation, and problem-solving in a fast-paced specialty retail environment. Flexible scheduling required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Reliability and flexible schedule availability (Will include a combination of days, evenings, holidays, and must be available on weekends)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to make your customers feel valued
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends depending upon the needs of the business
- Ability to perform the basic functions of the job
- Effective interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written format
- Must demonstrate an openness to feedback and ability to be open minded and adaptable to changing priorities

Desired Qualifications
- Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of related experience preferred, or equivalent combination of the education and experience
- Minimum of 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture is preferred
