Job Summary
Conduct daily sales activities and assist customers in finding their perfect fit while maintaining an immaculate workplace. Hit sales goals through consistent performance and utilize tools and training provided to succeed. Manage inventory and merchandising duties as part of a team dedicated to driving in-store sales. Shifts include evenings, holidays, and weekends. Background checks are required prior to start date.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales
- High School diploma or equivalent

- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university
