Job Summary
Conduct daily sales and customer service to help clients achieve healthier lifestyles while driving in-store revenue. Manage inventory by merchandising products and maintaining an immaculate workplace. Execute daily priorities through effective delegation, creative problem solving, and sound decision making. Hit sales goals through a generous bonus program based on consistent performance. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Reliability and flexible schedule availability (Will include a combination of days, evenings, holidays, and must be available on weekends)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform the basic functions of the job
- Effective interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written format
- Must demonstrate an openness to feedback and ability to be open minded and adaptable to changing priorities
- Ability to make your customers feel valued
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends depending upon the needs of the business
Desired Qualifications
- Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of related experience preferred, or equivalent combination of the education and experience
- Minimum of 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture is preferred
