Job Summary
Conduct daily sales and customer service duties while helping clients achieve healthier lifestyles through personalized product guidance. Manage store merchandising and maintain an immaculate workplace environment to support consistent in-store sales growth. Deliver excellent customer experiences and utilize leadership skills to drive team performance and execute daily priorities effectively. This role offers a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends, with competitive hourly pay ranging from $16.00 to $21.00 plus bonus potential. Required Qualifications
- Reliability and flexible schedule availability (Will include a combination of days, evenings, holidays, and must be available on weekends)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to make your customers feel valued
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends depending upon the needs of the business
- Ability to perform the basic functions of the job
- Effective interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written format
- Must demonstrate an openness to feedback and ability to be open minded and adaptable to changing priorities
- After acceptance of a potential offer, the successful completion of a background check will be required prior to start date
Desired Qualifications
- Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of related experience preferred, or equivalent combination of the education and experience
- Minimum of 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture is preferred
