Job Summary
Drive in-store sales and assist customers on their journey to a healthier lifestyle by helping them find their perfect fit. Manage daily store operations, including merchandising and maintaining an immaculate workplace, while consistently hitting sales goals through a generous bonus program. Lead teams and provide excellent customer service to inspire others to be their best. This role requires flexibility for evenings, holidays, and weekends, with a minimum of one year in customer service or sales. Road Runner Sports, recognized as the 2023 Footwear Retailer of the Year, offers competitive pay ranging from $18.50 to $23.50 per hour plus bonuses. Required Qualifications
- Reliability and flexible schedule availability (Will include a combination of days, evenings, holidays, and must be available on weekends)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to make your customers feel valued
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends depending upon the needs of the business
- Ability to perform the basic functions of the job
- Effective interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written format
- Must demonstrate an openness to feedback and ability to be open minded and adaptable to changing priorities

Desired Qualifications
- Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of related experience preferred, or equivalent combination of the education and experience
- Minimum of 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture is preferred

- Leadership skills including: Excellent customer experience behaviors, a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, creative problem solving and sound decision making skills, effective delegation and validation and the ability to efficiently execute daily priorities
