Job Summary
Conduct daily sales and customer service duties by helping clients find their perfect fit while maintaining an immaculate store environment. Hit sales goals through a generous bonus program and utilize provided training tools to succeed. Manage flexible schedules including evenings, holidays, and weekends, while demonstrating agility to meet changing business needs. Contribute to in-store sales growth within a team of 52 stores across the country.
Required Qualifications
- Reliability

- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to make your customers feel valued
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Ability to perform the basic functions of the job

- Ability to be open minded and adaptable to changing priorities

Desired Qualifications
- Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp)
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university
- 1 year of related experience
- Minimum of 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture
