Job Summary
Conduct daily retail sales and customer service to help shoppers achieve their fitness goals, while maintaining an immaculate store environment. Manage sales floor operations, execute merchandising tasks, and drive in-store revenue through consistent goal achievement. Deliver exceptional customer experiences by making clients feel valued and providing personalized product guidance. This role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $15.50 to $21.50 plus bonus potential, with flexible scheduling including evenings, holidays, and weekends. Required Qualifications
- Reliability and flexible schedule availability (Will include a combination of days, evenings, holidays, and must be available on weekends)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform the basic functions of the job
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends depending upon the needs of the business
- Ability to demonstrate an openness to feedback and ability to be open minded and adaptable to changing priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of related experience preferred, or equivalent combination of the education and experience
- Minimum of 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture is preferred
