Job Summary
Conduct customer service and sales duties in a specialty footwear retail environment, helping customers find their Perfect Fit while maintaining an immaculate workplace. Hit sales goals through a generous bonus program and utilize provided tools and training to succeed. Manage merchandise and execute daily priorities with strong leadership skills, including effective delegation and creative problem solving. Work flexible shifts including evenings, holidays, and weekends to support the business. Earn competitive hourly pay ranging from $17.00 to $22.00 plus bonuses. Required Qualifications
- Reliability

- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to make your customers feel valued
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Ability to perform the basic functions of the job

- Ability to be open minded and adaptable to changing priorities

- Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp)
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university
