Job Summary
Conduct daily sales and customer service while helping clients find their perfect fit and drive in-store revenue. Manage merchandise displays and maintain an immaculate workplace environment. Hit sales goals through a generous bonus program and utilize provided training to succeed. Work flexible shifts including evenings, holidays, and weekends. Join a team of 52 stores recognized as the 2023 Footwear Retailer of the Year.
Required Qualifications
- Reliability and flexible schedule availability (Will include a combination of days, evenings, holidays, and must be available on weekends)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to make your customers feel valued
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends depending upon the needs of the business
- Ability to perform the basic functions of the job
- Effective interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written format
- Must demonstrate an openness to feedback and ability to be open minded and adaptable to changing priorities

Desired Qualifications
- Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of related experience preferred, or equivalent combination of the education and experience
- Minimum of 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture is preferred
- Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred
- Leadership skills including: Excellent customer experience behaviors, a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, creative problem solving and sound decision making skills, effective delegation and validation and the ability to efficiently execute daily priorities
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fun, lively, and energetic atmosphere every single day
- Desire to lead by example while inspiring those around you to be their BEST
