Job Summary
Conduct daily sales activities and assist customers in finding the perfect fit for their footwear and gear. Manage store merchandising and maintain an immaculate workplace while consistently hitting sales goals through a generous bonus program. Lead the team by example, demonstrating excellent customer experience behaviors and effective delegation. Work flexible shifts including evenings, holidays, and weekends to support business needs. Required Qualifications
- Reliability and flexible schedule availability (Will include a combination of days, evenings, holidays, and must be available on weekends)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of related experience
- Minimum of 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture
- Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp)
- Ability to make your customers feel valued
- Ability to lead by example while inspiring those around you to be their BEST
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends depending upon the needs of the business
- Ability to perform the basic functions of the job
- Effective interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written format
- Demonstrate an openness to feedback and ability to be open minded and adaptable to changing priorities
