Job Summary
Conduct daily sales transactions and assist customers in finding their Perfect Fit while maintaining an immaculate workplace. Drive in-store sales by hitting goals, utilizing provided tools and training to deliver excellent customer experiences. Manage inventory and merchandising duties to ensure product availability. Join a team of Fit Experts and Sales Leads at Road Runner Sports, a recognized footwear retailer with 52 stores. Work flexible schedules including evenings, holidays, and weekends. Earn competitive hourly pay plus bonus potential.
Required Qualifications
- Reliability and flexible schedule availability (Will include a combination of days, evenings, holidays, and must be available on weekends)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of related experience
- Minimum of 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture
- Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp)
- Ability to make your customers feel valued
- Ability to lead by example while inspiring those around you to be their BEST
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends depending upon the needs of the business
- Ability to perform the basic functions of the job
- Effective interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written format
- Demonstrate an openness to feedback and ability to be open minded and adaptable to changing priorities
