Job Summary
Welcome customers to Lowe's, help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs; spend time listening to customers, answering questions, and assisting with locating, loading, stocking, and processing merchandise; cross-train in various departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, Pro Services); ensure department readiness and assist with merchandise preparation and customer checkout; adhere to safety and lifting guidelines while delivering friendly, professional service; benefits include health insurance options, tuition assistance, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, discounts, career growth opportunities, and travel/working conditions as described in the posting, with location Prosper, TX.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
