Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's in McAlester, OK, part-time. Welcome customers, help them find products and services for home improvement, assist with locating merchandise, load items when needed, and replenish stock. Work across departments as needed (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Decor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services). Primary duties include greeting customers, answering questions, delivering friendly service, processing orders and deliveries accurately, and assisting customers through checkout. Required skills include basic computer use and familiarity with common retail technology, reading/writing/arithmetic, and the ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
