Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's, you will provide top-notch customer service by welcoming customers, answering questions, and assisting with locating and handling merchandise. Responsibilities include processing orders, cross-training in various departments, and preparing merchandise based on customer needs. Required skills include experience with computers and retail technology, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 25lbs. Preferred qualifications include retail experience and relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing or sitting
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months of Retail and/or customer service experience
- Bi-lingual skills
- Certification in trade related to department
