Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's, you will welcome customers, help them find the right products, and provide friendly, professional service across departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services). You may load merchandise, replenish stock, process orders and deliveries, assist with department merchandising, and guide customers through shopping or checkout. The role emphasizes customer service, problem-solving for home improvement needs, and collaboration with teammates to deliver the best experience. Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
