Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's greets and assists customers, helps locate and select products across departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services), processes orders and deliveries, restocks shelves, and may cross-train in other areas to enhance service. Responsibilities include answering questions, guiding shoppers, and assisting with checkout; requires basic computer and retail tech usage, the ability to stand for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 lbs (with larger lifts coordinated via team-based methods). Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
