Job Summary
Retail Sales – Part Time at Lowe's: Customer Service Associate responsibilities include welcoming customers, helping them find the right products and services for home improvement, answering questions, and delivering friendly, professional service. You may assist with locating and handling merchandise, restocking shelves, processing orders and deliveries, and potentially cross-training in other store areas based on department needs (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Nursery, Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Decor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services). The role emphasizes customer interaction, problem-solving to meet shopping needs, and maintaining organized merchandise to support a positive shopping experience. Key duties may include guiding customers through shopping or checkout, and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer or retail technology
- Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
- Ability to stand/sit for long periods and lift 25 lbs
