Retail Sales – Part Time

As a Retail Sales – Part Time at Lowe's, you welcome customers, help them find products and services, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional customer service across departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services). Responsibilities include assisting customers with locating/handling merchandise, restocking shelves, processing orders and deliveries, cross-training in other areas to deliver excellent service, preparing department merchandise (e.g., tinting/mixing paint, cutting/threading pipes, cutting wood, blinds), guiding customers through shopping or checkout, and performing other duties as assigned. Minimum qualifications include basic computer use, familiarity with retail technology, basic arithmetic, ability to stand for extended periods, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. This role emphasizes customer engagement, problem-solving, and teamwork in a home improvement retail environment.
