Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's, you will welcome customers and assist them in finding products while delivering friendly and professional service. Key responsibilities include locating and handling merchandise, stocking shelves, processing orders, and preparing merchandise based on customer needs. Required qualifications include 6 months of experience using computers and retail technology, basic reading and arithmetic skills, and the ability to lift 25lbs. Preferred qualifications include prior retail experience and bilingual skills.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months of Retail and/or customer service experience
- Bi-lingual skills
- Certification in trade related to the department (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, and lumber/building materials)
