Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's will welcome customers, help them locate and select products, answer questions, and deliver friendly service across departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services). Daily tasks include assisting customers, restocking shelves, processing orders and deliveries, and cross-training in other areas to ensure optimal customer service. The role supports flexible, part-time schedules and offers benefits such as health insurance options, tuition assistance, a company-matching 401(k), and employee discounts. The work environment may involve loading merchandise and standing for extended periods, with safety and ergonomic practices in place.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
