Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's in a part-time role. Welcomes customers, helps them find products and services for home improvement, answers questions, assists with locating and handling merchandise, stocks shelves, processes orders and deliveries, and may cross-train in other departments. Responsibilities include guiding customers through shopping or checkout, and completing other duties as assigned. Requires being on your feet for extended periods, ability to lift at least 25 lbs, and use of basic retail technology; bilingual skills and trade-certifications in relevant departments are a plus. Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
