Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's: greet customers, help them find products and services, answer questions, assist with locating and handling merchandise, stock shelves, process orders and deliveries, and participate in cross-training across departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services). Responsibilities emphasize delivering friendly service, guiding customers through shopping or checkout, and performing department-specific merchandising tasks with varying duties by department. Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
