Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's welcome customers, help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs, interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating and handling merchandise, stock replenishment, process orders and deliveries, and may cross-train in other areas to deliver the best customer service. Responsibilities span greeting customers, answering questions, guiding shopping or checkout, and preparing merchandise in the relevant department (e.g., tinting and mixing paint, cutting materials, packaging). Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
