Job Summary
Customer Service Associate responsibilities include welcoming customers, helping them locate and select products, answering questions, processing orders and deliveries accurately, stocking and organizing merchandise, and cross-training in other store areas as needed. The role supports customers across Lowe's departments (e.g., Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, Pro Services) with a focus on friendly, professional service and store-wide collaboration. The position emphasizes assisting customers with home improvement needs and ensuring merchandise is replenished and presented effectively, with duties varying by department.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
