Retail Sales – Part Time

Customer Service Associate at Lowe's responsible for welcoming customers, helping them find products and services for home improvement, answering questions, and delivering friendly service. Daily duties include assisting customers in locating merchandise, handling stock replenishment, processing orders and deliveries, and preparing department merchandise (e.g., tinting/mixing paint, cutting/ threading pipe, cutting wood or drywall, cutting blinds). May cross-train in other areas to enhance customer service; work may vary by department (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Tool Rental, Pro Services). Minimum qualifications include basic computer and retail technology usage, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs unassisted (larger lifts with assistance). Preferred qualifications include additional retail or customer service experience and bilingual skills.
