Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's, you will welcome customers and assist them with locating and selecting products for their home improvement needs. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Daily tasks include answering questions, processing orders, replenishing merchandise, and guiding customers through the shopping experience. You will need experience with retail technology and the ability to perform basic arithmetic tasks. Candidates should be capable of lifting 25lbs unassisted and must demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months of Retail and/or customer service experience
- Bi-lingual skills
- Certification in trade related to department (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, and lumber/building materials)
