Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's helping customers find the right products and services for their home improvement needs, welcoming customers, answering questions, and guiding them through shopping or checkout. Daily duties include assisting with locating merchandise, stock replenishment, processing orders and deliveries, and potential cross-training in other departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services). Qualifications emphasize basic computer use, retail tech familiarity, reading/writing/arithmetic, ability to stand/sit for extended periods, and ability to lift 25 lbs (with/without accommodation).
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
