Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's focused on welcoming customers, helping them locate and select products across departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services). Responsibilities include answering questions, assisting with locating merchandise, restocking shelves, processing orders and deliveries, and maintaining department presentation. Role may involve cross-training in other areas and performing duties such as tinting/mixing paint, cutting and bundling materials, and preparing merchandise to meet customer needs. Emphasis on delivering friendly, professional service, guiding customers through shopping or checkout, and adapting to department needs; physical requirements include standing for extended periods and lifting up to 75 pounds in team lifts where applicable. Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
