Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's focused on helping customers find products and solutions for home improvement. You will welcome customers, answer questions, assist with locating and handling merchandise, replenish stock, process orders and deliveries, and support multiple departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, Pro Services). Daily responsibilities include listening to customers, guiding them through shopping or checkout, and performing other duties as assigned. The role may involve cross-training in other areas, stocking, and ensuring customer needs are met. Minimum qualifications include computer experience, retail tech familiarity, basic reading/writing/arithmetic, ability to stand for extended periods, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance as needed. Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
