Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's in a part-time role. You will welcome customers, help them find the right products, answer questions, and deliver friendly, professional service. Responsibilities include assisting customers with locating and handling merchandise, restocking shelves, processing orders and deliveries, and preparing department merchandise to meet customer needs. You may cross-train in other areas of the store and support multiple departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services). The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25lbs (with heavier team lifts as needed). Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
