Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's, you will welcome customers to Lowe's, help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional service. You will assist customers with locating and handling merchandise, stock shelves, process orders and deliveries, and may cross-train in other departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, Pro Services) to ensure excellent customer service. The role may involve organizing merchandise, assisting customers through checkout, and performing duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
