Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's helps customers find products and services, answers questions, processes orders and deliveries, and may stock and organize merchandise across departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services). Responsibilities include welcoming customers, delivering friendly service, assisting with locating merchandise, replenishing shelves, preparing department merchandise (e.g., tinting/mixing paint, cutting pipes, wood, drywall, blinds), guiding customers through shopping or checkout, and performing other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
