Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's, you will primarily welcome customers, assist them in locating products, and ensure their needs are met while providing friendly service. Responsibilities include replying to customer inquiries, processing orders accurately, and preparing merchandise to meet customer needs. Candidates should have at least 6 months of computer and retail technology experience, be proficient in basic math, and physically capable of minimal lifting requirements. Preferred qualifications include prior retail experience and trade-related certifications.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months of Retail and/or customer service experience
- Bi-lingual skills
- Certification in trade related to department (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, and lumber/building materials)
