Job Summary
Retail Sales – Part Time role at Lowe's requiring customer-service focus to welcome shoppers, guide product selection across departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, etc.), process orders, stock shelves, and assist with loading merchandise. The position includes cross-training in other areas, use of retail technology, basic arithmetic, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Preferred qualifications include six months of retail/customer service experience and bilingual skills; certification in a department-trade is noted. Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
