Retail Sales – Part Time

As a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's, welcome customers to the store, help them find the right products and services for home improvement projects, answer questions, and deliver friendly, professional service. Responsibilities include assisting customers with locating merchandise, stocking and replenishing shelves, processing orders and deliveries, and guiding customers through checkout. You may rotate across departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Nursery, Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services) based on store needs, and participate in cross-functional training to ensure excellent customer experiences. The role requires basic computer and retail technology use, the ability to stand for extended periods, and lifting merchandise as needed.
