Job Summary
As a part-time Customer Service Associate at Lowe's, you will provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers and assisting them in locating and selecting products for their home improvement projects. You will handle merchandise, process orders, and ensure customer needs are met throughout their shopping experience. Additionally, you may be required to perform tasks such as stocking shelves and preparing merchandise based on customer needs. Ideal candidates will possess at least 6 months of experience with computers and retail technology, have strong communication skills, and be capable of lifting up to 25lbs. Bilingual skills and trade-related certifications are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months of Retail and/or customer service experience
- Bi-lingual skills
- Certification in trade related to department (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, and lumber/building materials)
