Job Summary
Customer-focused Lowe's Customer Service Associate role to welcome customers, help them locate and select products, answer questions, and ensure customer needs are met. Responsibilities include assisting with locating and handling merchandise, stocking shelves, processing orders and deliveries, cross-training in other areas to deliver quality service, and preparing department merchandise to meet customer needs. Department placements may vary by hiring needs and skillsets (e.g., Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Nursery, Hardware, Tools, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, and Pro Services).
Required Qualifications
- Six Months Experience using a computer or basic retail technology
